Who we are

What we collect

This site is static. It does not run a server, does not use a database, and does not set cookies of its own.

The only data we receive is what you send us voluntarily:

• Emails you send to hello@nopaintbrush.com to inquire about a work
• Any information you provide when completing a purchase via Gumroad (for texture packs)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or other client-side storage to collect usage metrics, and it does not collect or use visitors' personal data for analytics.

Third-party services

Vercel — this site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log basic server access data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of standard infrastructure operation. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and visitor traffic. Cloudflare states that its web analytics do not use cookies or client-side storage and do not collect or use visitors' personal data for analytics. Gumroad — texture pack purchases are processed by Gumroad. When you buy a texture pack, your payment and personal data are handled by Gumroad, not by us. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

Google Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address when serving font files. See Google's privacy policy.

How we use your data

Emails you send us are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a sale is agreed, to coordinate shipping. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. We do not share your email or personal information with any third party.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we hold almost no data — only emails you have sent us — you can exercise these rights by emailing hello@nopaintbrush.com.

Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to complete and document a transaction, and no longer than three years thereafter.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
