Original artworks

All original works are one-of-one. Each work is described on its individual page with title, medium, dimensions, and price in euros. Prices are final and include no hidden fees. Shipping costs are calculated and communicated before any payment is made.

Acquisition is by direct contact only. A sale is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing (by email) on the work, the price, and the shipping terms, and payment has been received.

Each original work ships with a signed certificate of authenticity documenting the title, medium, dimensions, year, and artist's signature.

Texture packs

Texture packs are digital products sold via Gumroad. Upon purchase, you receive an instant download link. Gumroad's terms of service govern the transaction. All packs include a personal and commercial license as described on the individual product page.

License terms for texture packs:

• Personal and commercial use permitted
• Use in client work as part of a finished design permitted
• Redistribution, resale, or repackaging of the raw files is not permitted
• AI training use is not permitted

Pricing

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include French VAT where applicable. For buyers outside the EU, local taxes or import duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment

For original artworks: payment is arranged directly by email. Accepted methods are communicated at the time of sale.

For texture packs: payment is processed by Gumroad. We do not handle payment card data.

Shipping — original artworks

Works on paper ship from Paris, France. Each work is packed in a protective sleeve inside a rigid mailer. Handling time is up to 3 working days after payment confirmation. All shipments include tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of sale based on destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services once the parcel has been dispatched.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
