Refund Policy

Original artworks
Because every acquisition involves a direct exchange by email before any payment is made, you have full opportunity to ask questions, request additional photographs, and confirm every detail of the work before committing. We encourage this.
Once payment is confirmed and the work has shipped, sales are final. We do not accept returns on original artworks unless the work arrives damaged.
Damaged on arrival
If a work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nopaintbrush.com with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and propose a resolution — either a full refund or a replacement if the work can be restored.
We pack all works carefully in a protective sleeve inside a rigid mailer with tracking. Damage in transit is rare but we take full responsibility when it occurs.
Texture packs — digital products
Under EU consumer law, digital products that have been downloaded are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once download has begun.
However: if you have a genuine technical problem with a file — corrupted download, format issue, file that does not match its description — contact us and we will resolve it. Either by sending a corrected file or by issuing a refund.
We do not issue refunds on the basis of personal preference once files have been downloaded.
